The Green Homes Grant
Up to £10,000 available for making your home more efficient
What is the Green Homes Grant?
The UK Government has announced the new Green Homes Grant scheme starting in September 2020 to encourage households to improve the energy efficiency of their homes.
Who can install Green Homes Grant measures?
To qualify for the grant your energy efficiency measures must be installed by an MCS accredited or TrustMark registered installer. We are proud to be MCS accredited, and our professional team of heating surveyors and engineers are experts in the field, giving you peace of mind that you are in good hands.
How much could I get?
For low-income households the new grant is worth up to £10,000 and can be used to cover the full cost of energy efficiency measures. For others, the grants are worth up to £5,000 and can be used to cover two thirds of the total cost.
A range of energy efficiency measures qualify for the Green Homes Grant vouchers, including air source heat pumps and smart thermostats. And the savings don’t stop there as the increase in energy efficiency could help to save you money on your heating bills for years to come.
- Air source heat pumps
- Smart thermostats
- Solar thermal, and more...
